5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI technology is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publication or use.

Epic Draft does not claim ownership of AI-generated content, but you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users.

5.3 Epic Draft Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by Kyba Ventures LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Subscription Plans

Epic Draft offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes, and such changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYBA VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Third-party conduct or content on the Service
• Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kyba Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
